We took our fan favorite BodyAlign pillow and added additional leg support. The BodyAlign Plus+ adds more cushion and support for your hips and knees throughout the whole night.

Is this only for side sleepers?
It's designed for side sleepers, but back sleepers use it too for extra hip and leg support. If you sleep on your stomach, this isn't the right pillow for you.

Will it go flat after a few weeks?
No. The high-loft fiber fill is engineered to maintain its shape and bounce back night after night. It's not the cheap poly-fill that compresses and never recovers.

Is the cover removable?
Yes. Hidden zipper design lets you remove the cover easily for machine washing.

How do I wash it?
Remove the cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid high heat. The pillow itself can be spot cleaned.

Is it hot to sleep with?
